In 2016 Nike released the Metcon, a special CrossFit shoe. Reebok had been the official Crossfit sponsor and Nike trainers were not allowed during matches. It wasn’t the first time Nike trainers were banned from the sports world. Therefore Nike released Metcon in all colours that were bannend in the 80’s. We have now moved on to a number of editions and Nike Metcon is accepted in the CrossFit world.
