No, SuperSales is not a shop. We are happy to help you find the best deals online. Then we redirect you to the webshop that sells the product. With each offer we clearly state by which webshop it is offered.
To answer this question, we must refer you to the webshop where you ordered the product. As much as we would like, unfortunately we don't have access to this information.
Waiting takes a long time, especially if you just ordered something super nice. The delivery time of the products on SuperSales differs per webshop. Therefore we state for each product by whom it is sold and what the average delivery time is.
You can also consult this information at the overview of the affiliated stores .
Unfortunately, it's possible that a product you found on SuperSales turns out to be already sold out. We update the product range as soon as possible (often within an hour), but sometimes it goes quickly because the products are on sale.
By saving your search, you'll receive an email if there are new offers within this search.
Use the different filters in the product overview to show your favourite articles. Then click on the Sale Alert button above the search results. You'll receive an email from us as soon as there's a new offer that exactly meets your search query. Also watch the video on our explanation page for a step-by-step instruction.
You can view and manage all your saved searches on your account page . Here you can also indicate per search whether you would like to receive an email for new results.
By clicking on a product, you will see a button to add the item to your wish list.
When you are logged in, you can find your favourite products in your wish list overview.
If you like, SuperSales can automatically send you an email as soon as products of your preference are on offer. We call this sale alerts . Via your account page you can set what we email you and when we do so.
Of course you can also switch off the emails completely.
