No, ordering products directly from SuperSales is not possible. SuperSales does not sell products itself, but compares all offers from affiliated shops.

Yes, at SuperSales the ranking of products is always based on which product is the best deal for you and not on which shop pays the most. This guarantees a fair price comparison as we always put you, the user, first!

At SuperSales, we take your privacy very seriously, which is why we never share your personal data with third parties. We do not use tracking-cookies or other techniques to follow you around the internet. All your data is save with us. More information on how we protect your privacy can be found on our privacy page.

Do you have a question, suggestion or complaint? Simply contact us via the contact page. We will contact you within two working days after receiving your message.

Order and return information

SuperSales does not sell products itself, for your order status we refer you to the shop where you placed your order. Can't remember where exactly you ordered from? Check your confirmation email (don’t forget to check your spambox) or bank account.

The delivery time of the products on SuperSales varies per webshop. To help you pick your shop, we always list which shop sells each product and the average delivery time.

The return process varies for each affiliated shop. You can find the return costs and the return period of each shop on the shop page and next to every product. For the complete return process, please go to the shop where you placed your order.

SuperSales Account

No, you do not need an account to shop on SuperSales. However, it is useful to create an account so you can save your searches and add your favorite products to your wish list. Is your favorite product not on sale yet? Then you can easily set a price alert in your account. 

A price alert is set per product. As soon as this product is reduced in price, you will receive a (price alert) e-mail. A Sale Alert is set for a specific brand and/or category. We will send you a message as soon as there are new deals within these preferences.

On your account page, you can easily specify how often and when you would like to receive a Sale Alert e-mail. And because preferences change over time, you can also change your Sale Alert preferences at any moment. 

Use the various filters such as brand and size in the product overview to show your favorite items. Then press the Sale Alert button above the search results. You will receive an e-mail as soon as there are products matching your criteria. Also visit our how-to page for a step-by-step instruction of the Sale Alert mailing.

Via your account page, you can view and manage all your saved searches. Here you can specify for each search whether or not you want to receive an e-mail with Sale Alerts.

Once you have clicked on a product, a 'Add to wish list' button will appear at the top. Click the button and the product has been added to your wish list!

View your favorites at any time or edit your wish list via your SuperSales account.

SuperSales can send you an e-mail when products within your interests are on sale. Through your account page, you can control what and when we email you. Of course, you can also deactivate e-mails completely.

Product and shop information

Unfortunately, it is possible that a product you have found on SuperSales has already been sold out. We update the product details several times a day, however with products on sale, they might sell out quickly.

First of all, we are sorry that the product information is incorrect! Click on 'Report incorrect product information' and enter the incorrect information. We will pick up the report and ensure that the information is being corrected. Together, we make SuperSales a little better every day. 

Yes, at SuperSales we check every shop thoroughly on its reliability even before we actually add it. You will never find any shady shops on our site.
