The Nike Air Zoom Alphafly has two streamlined Zoom Air pods in the front foot that provide even more energy returns. The ZoomX foam is very responsive and light and provides extra shock protection and cushioning. The Air Zoom Alphafly has a new Flyknit upper: AtomKnit. This creates a lightweight, streamlined fit with minimal water absorption and better ventilation. The sole is made of ZoomX foam and the Air Zoom pods. Together with a carbon fibre plate on the entire length of the foot you feel explosive powers with every step you take.
